Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries in the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, the UAE, Australia and Singapore.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped out?

Yes, we will send you an email notification when we mail out your order.
How much does shipping costs?

Shipping to Singapore costs $2.20 per item.

Shipping to other countries in the world is at a fixed rate of $6 per laptop sleeve and $3 per Mini. Tracking is provided.
Is my order trackable after it is shipped?

Yes, all orders shipped out are registered so they are trackable.
Who is your shipping provider?

We are using DHL, one of the world's most recognized shipping companies as our preferred shipping provider.
How long before my order arrives?

As all orders are personally handmade on demand, please allow for some time for them to be ready :). Laptop sleeves will take about 4-6 weeks to be delivered, while Minis will take about 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Where is my order now? It has been X weeks since it was mailed.

Snupped is located in Singapore, and most international orders will be sent via Airmail. It may take up to 2 weeks from the mailing date to reach you. Please be patient!
I think my order is lost... What can I do?

Please contact us immediately! As your order is registered and trackable, we will try and track down the order with you.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payment from credit/debit cards via Paypal, and also by Paypal itself. For credit/debit card payments, a Paypal account is not required.
I don't have a Paypal account, can I still make an order?

Yes you can! You do not need a Paypal account so long as you have a debit or credit card. You will be making payment through Paypal, but it is not a must to have a Paypal account.
Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, we do not store any credit card information. Furthermore, payment is done through Paypal, an international leader in online payments. You'll notice a lock icon in the address bar and that the 'http' in the URL becomes 'https'. This means that you are conducting payment on a secure server.

Are Snupped laptop sleeves padded?

Definitely! Each laptop sleeve is not just padded, but padded with sponge to protect your laptops from scratches and light bumps!
Are Snupped laptop sleeves waterproof??

They are designed to be water-resistant enough to shelter you in the rain when you make for a quick dash across the streets. Please don't take it scuba diving though!
What material are they made of?

Our laptop sleeves are made from cotton as they are friendlier to the environment and extremely comfortable to carry them around! We only use high quality cotton so that your laptop is well protected.
I have this laptop model. Can it fit?

Please view our size chart! If you have any difficulties using the size chart or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
I think my laptop is too big to fit in your standard sizes. Can you still make a sleeve for me?

Why not! We can custom tailor a sleeve for your laptop as long as you give us the brand and model. You can create your own custom tailored laptop sleeve through our magic builder!

What is a Mini?

A Mini is a miniature version of our laptop sleeves, perfect for your smaller gizmos like your iPod, iPhone, cameras and mobile phones.
What material are they made of?

Similar to our laptop sleeves, our Minis are made from cotton too.
Can it protect my most beloved mobile phone/gadget?

Our Minis are padded with a sponge thick enough to protect the gadget inside, yet thin enough to still look good in your pocket.
There is no zip unlike your laptop sleeves. Will my gadget drop out of the Mini easily?

Nope! While there is no zip, each Mini is custom tailored for the gadget specified so that it is easy to fit in, but tight enough to hold the gadget securely from slipping out.

If I would like a refund, do I have to pay for shipping costs?

If the item is defected or incorrect when you received it, we will reimburse you the shipping costs you incur to send the item back to us.
What is your return policy??

We take pride in the laptop sleeves we make, and we definitely want you to love and be happy with what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the laptop sleeve you bought from us, please return it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Washed laptop sleeves will not accepted for returns. The returned item has to be in orginal condition!

To return your item, you have to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. All requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
I have received my sleeve but decided I prefer another design. Can I have it exchanged/refunded?

Unfortunately as each order is custom tailored, we are unable to accept exchanges for a different design.
