As all the sleeves are personally handmade on demand, please allow for some time for your laptop sleeve to be made :) International orders are around 3-5 weeks. Orders in Singapore will be slightly faster, around 2-4 weeks. International orders have a slightly longer delivery time due to the additional delivery time through airmail.

Shipping in Singapore is free island-wide. All orders will be mailed through normal postage. If you're worried that your mail will be lost, we also offer registered mails at an additional SGD$2.25.

Shipping to places in Malaysia will be $5.

International delivery is a flat rate of SGD$14 (or roughly USD$10) no matter where you are in the world.

Yes you can! You do not need a Paypal account so long as you have a debit or credit card. You will be making payment through Paypal, but it is not a must to have a Paypal account.

You can choose to pay us either through ATM transfer, Internet fund transfer, credit card via Paypal, or Paypal. We accept fund transfers from the following banks: DBS, POSB, UOB and OCBC.

They are designed to be water-resistant enough to shelter you in the rain when you make for a quick dash across the streets. Please don't take it scuba diving though!

Definitely! Each laptop sleeve is not just padded, but double padded with sponge to protect your laptops from scratches and light bumps!

We collect general information (like your IP address, country etc.) about you automatically. We only collect specific information such as email addresses with your permission. Your information is kept private with us. We will not sell any of your personal information to any other people or companies, not even if they made us carry black laptop sleeves again! Please note that we also do not store your credit card information! You can also access our full privacy policy.

If the item is defected or incorrect when you received it, we will reimburse you the shipping costs you incur to send the item back to us.

If you are exchanging the item for a different design or for a different size from what you have ordered, we will need you to bear the shipping costs of returning the item back to us, and also the shipping costs of sending the new item back to you.

We take pride in the laptop sleeves we make, and we definitely want you to love and be happy with what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied with the laptop sleeve you bought from us, please return it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Washed laptop sleeves will not accepted for returns. The returned item has to be in orginal condition!

To return your item, you have to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. All requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
