Shipping Origin

Products may be shipped from either Singapore or Taipei, Taiwan depending on current volume.


Shipping Methods

We ship our products from Taipei, Taiwan via postal services. As such, shipping may be subjected to postal services and customs delays. We are not responsible for delayed shipments for orders under "regular shipping".

For more time-sensitive orders, please consider selecting "expedited shipping" during checkout. "Expedited shipping" orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).


Shipping Countries

We ship internationally. For detailed shipping prices, please refer to our shipping quotations during checkout.


Average Delivery Times

Each item is crafted for you only after you place your order. This is what allows us to deliver quality items, however, this also means that we need a few more days to make your order.

Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, you should expect your order to be ready and sent out in around 8 working days. After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive it in your mailbox within:

  • Singapore: 5-7 days (NinjaVan)
  • Taiwan: 2-3 days (Taiwan Post)
  • Australia/Canada: 12-18 days (Your local postal service)
  • US/International: 5-12 days (USPS / Local postal service)

If you use have placed an order under expedited shipping, please refer to the shipping times provided to you during checkout.

Urgent Orders

Should you have a time-sensitive order, please feel free to reach out to us and opt for an upgrade to expedited shipping. We use EMS for expedited orders that ensures priority is given to your shipping package during postal processing so it reaches you much faster.


Shipping is handled by local postal or courier services once it reaches your destination country and is subjected to delays due to customs inspections or postal volume. While we do our best to send out your order fast, such delays are regrettably beyond our control.

International shipping options may have limited tracking. If your order has been sent out, please be patient as it should arrive. If you still have not received your order 21 days after it was shipped out, please contact us for a free replacement.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer 7-day returns and exchanges in the event of product defects and serious sizing errors.

Conditions For Returns & Exchanges

As all our products are custom made for you on demand, we are only able to accept returns and exchanges if a mistake was made by Snupped Social with your order as outlined below:

  • Print defects
  • Product defects (tears, stains, holes)
  • Serious sizing issues (wrong size was sent)

We are unable to be liable for customer errors. Changes to your order will no longer be possible once your order status is ‘In Progress’.

The following outlines examples of customer errors which Snupped Social will not take responsibility:

  • Wrong product selected
  • Wrong design selected
  • Dissatisfaction with our provided designs
  • Minor color difference
  • Minor size differences (1-2 cm difference from our stated size)


How Do I Return/Exchange My Product?

Please contact us and provide us the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • Problem with product
  • Relevant images that can help us understand the situation better.

Items must be returned to us in its unused condition with the original packaging intact. Please also include a printed copy of your invoice in the return shipment. Snupped Social reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Snupped Social is also not responsible for any return shipping charges or if your return package is lost en route back to us. Hence, we strongly recommend that you track and insure your return package. Please also note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Returns/exchanges are available either in the form of a replacement of the same product, or store credit (gift certificate or member credits). As each of our products are custom made for you, please understand that we are unable to offer you reimbursements/refunds for your purchase.


Can I Change My Design In An Exchange?

We are unable to accommodate a change in design. In the event of an exchange, we will offer you a 1:1 exchange of the exact same identical product.
