• How do I use Snupped Credits?
  Your Snupped Credits will be applied automatically during checkout. Each Snupped credit has a value of $1 to offset your purchases. If you have more credits than the order total, the correct amount of credits will be deducted from your account. Any unused credits will remain in your account to be used in the future.

  When you first login to your Snupped account and select your username, you will get 2 points.

  Upon receiving your order and notifying us of your receipt through the tracking page, you will get 3 points.

• Are my credit card details safe when making payment?
  Yes, we do not store any credit card information. Furthermore, payment is done through Paypal, an international leader in online payments. You'll notice a lock icon in the address bar and that the 'http' in the URL becomes 'https'. This means that your credit card information is encrypted and secure from hackers.

• What payment methods are available?
  We accept payment from credit/debit cards via Paypal, and also by Paypal itself. A Paypal account is not required.

• I don't have a Paypal account, can I still make an order?
  Yes you can! Although payments are made through the Paypal website, you do not need a Paypal account so long as you have a debit or credit card. You can choose to pay with your credit card instead of a Paypal account.

  Every order will have a minimum shipping fee of $2.
