What Is Snupped?
We're a company that makes custom tailored gadget sleeves! We hand make all our sleeves, and each one is tailored to the device specified.
Design Your Own Sleeve
The coolest part is that you get to design every aspect of your sleeve! Choose the type of sleeve, what design you like, match it with an interior, and you can even decide if you want handles or not!

Our sleeves are lightweight, and comes with lots of different designs and personalities to match your look. We've been making our customers look good everyday since 2008, and we love doing this so much we aren't planning of stopping this anytime soon. :)
About Our Products
The Zipper, The Sock, And The Mini
We have 3 types of sleeves to cater for everyone. Zippers are mainly for laptops, while Socks are more for tablets (can be used for laptops still). Finally, we have the Minis, which are miniature versions of our Socks for small devices like your mobile phone, iPod or hard disk.
Handmade and Custom Tailored
Our sleeves are all handmade by real seamstresses, not mass manufactured in a grey factory building far away from civilization. Each sleeve is tailored to fit whatever device you tell us. We can tailor it for devices from as small as a iPod Nano to as big as a 20" laptop.
Padded For Protection
All our sleeves are padded inside to protect your most beloved gadgets from scratches, light bumps and other perils of travelling around daily.
What Material Are They Made Of?
Put a Snupped sleeve into an X-Ray machine and you'll see that it is made of cotton both on the inside and outside. In between, a layer of padding protects your gadgets. We choose cotton because it is durable, comfortable to carry around, and friendly to the environment.
Ordering
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit/debit cards and Paypal. Credit cards are processed via Paypal. A Paypal account is not required.
How do you ensure my credit card details are safe and secure?
We don't store your credit card information! At the end of checkout, you will be directed to Paypal, an international leader in online payments to make payment. Your credit card will be processed by Paypal. You'll notice a lock icon in the address bar and that the 'http' in the URL becomes 'https'. This means that your credit card information is encrypted and secure from hackers.
Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to almost all countries in the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, the UAE, Australia and Singapore.
How long before my order reaches me?
Your order will take about 3-5 weeks after you make payment before it reaches you. All our sleeves are handmade and custom tailored, hence the longer time before it reaches you.
When will my order be ready?
You can track the progress of your order through our order tracking page.
My order has been mailed out already, but I still have not received it. Help!
Snupped is located in Singapore, and most international orders will be sent via Airmail. It may take up to 2 weeks from the mailing date to reach you. Please be patient!
I think my order is lost.. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately! As your order is registered and trackable, we will try and track down the order with you.
Refunds
We take pride in the sleeves we make, and we want all our customers to be happy with the items they receive from us. If you are unsatisfied, you can send in your Snupped sleeve for a refund within 1 month of the date your order was mailed out.
Please notify us that you wish to seek a refund for your Snupped sleeve. You will be responsible for the fees incurred for the one-way return shipping.
My gadget can't fit into my sleeve
If your gadget cannot fit in your sleeve, please contact us within 1 month from the date your order was mailed out. We will ask for you to send back the sleeve to us for alteration or replacement. The return shipping will be covered by us.
